BEDFORD — Many Lawrence County 4-H’ers were up early Saturday to take their animals to the fairgrounds off U.S. 50 West. The animal check-in time was from 5 a.m. to noon.Saturday also brought a horse-pulling competition, the first of the grandstand events.The annual demolition derby is to get under way tonight at 7:30 p.m.
